Refund policy

60-day guarantee. If the bar did nothing for your scalp, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we refund you in full. You do not need to send the bar back — a used bar is not something we can resell.

To start a refund, use the contact form on this site with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to display it.

Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo through the contact form and we replace it at our cost.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
